As the biggest event of its kind in the state, the Arkansas Paranormal Expo includes vendors and speakers on subjects such as UFOs, Bigfoot, the Supernatural, Metaphysics, psychic phenomena, and ghost hunting. This year, the 6th Annual Arkansas Paranormal Expo will take place in Little Rock on October 8-9, 2016. 2016 vendors will include psychic mediums, haunted tours, paranormal investigators, Bigfoot researchers, tarot readers, energy healers, folklorists, authors, and cryptologists. The event raffle will give away items such as a Ghost Hunt at MacArthur Museum, Gift Certificates, Gift Baskets, Books, Haunted Tours of Little Rock Tickets, Darrin Owens, Psychic 30 Minute Phone Session, Fall & Razorback Paintings and free health screenings by the U.A.M.S. College of Ph*rm*cy.

The event will also feature guest speakers such as Cryptozoologist, Ken Gerhard of the History Channel. Ken has traveled the world searching for evidence of mysterious animals and legendary beasts including Bigfoot,the Loch Ness Monster, the Chupacabra, enigmatic winged creatures and werewolves.

Author, Folklorist, and Ghost Hunter, Alan Lowe

Author, Folklorist, and Ghost Hunter, Alan Lowe, will also attend as a guest speaker. Alan is one of the founders of the Spirit Seekers Paranormal Investigation, Research, and Intervention Team as well as the author of. “The Ghosts of Little Rock” and “Supernatural Arkansas: Ghost, Monsters, and the Unexplained.” He has also served as a consultant for the Discovery Channel series “A Haunting.”

Adrian Scalf, the Co-Founder of River Valley Paranormal Research and Investigations, will also speak at the event on the dangers of paranormal investigating as well as the ghosts of Fort Chaffee. Adrien founded the society with his wife, Tina, after moving into their second haunted home. After finding no help from their church, Adrien seeks to help others dealing with paranormal using a Christian approach. He has appeared on in the Booth brothers movie, "Soul Catcher" and on Travel Channel’s, "Ghost Adventures." The Arkansas Paranormal Expo benefits the MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History. General Douglas MacArthur was born in the the ground’s Tower Building, constructed in 1840. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Place.
