This video was taken on one of the stops on our ghost tour at the Secretary's Office in Colonial Williamsburg. In this video, the person thought he heard something coming from the house. He approached the building and heard a voice say "Stop." Seconds later, as he was near the window, he saw the shutters inside the secretary's office start to move back and forth, becoming more forceful as it banged on the window.
